Carabao Cup First Round: Wrexham AFC vs Wigan Athletic
Ticketing and Entry
Gates for the Carabao Cup First Round match between Wrexham AFC and Wigan Athletic will open 90 minutes before kick-off. It is important to note that this game is all-ticket and sold out, meaning there will be no cash turnstiles in operation. To ensure a smooth entry into the STōK Cae Ras, we urge all supporters to arrive early and collect their tickets ahead of matchday where possible.
If you selected collection for your match-day tickets, please collect them from the Wrexham AFC Ticket Office located on the Wrexham Lager Stand, next to the Club Shop. The ticket office will not be available for any other enquiries unrelated to the match, from 90 minutes prior to kick-off.
Alternatively, supporters can use the print-at-home/eTicket option. If using this option, it is crucial to follow the provided instructions carefully to ensure the ticket can be scanned at the turnstiles.
Supporter Conduct
Wrexham AFC wishes to remind all supporters about the importance of good conduct during matches. Pitch incursions and other illegal or unacceptable behavior can have serious safety implications and consequences. Supporters who encroach on the pitch may face a Football Banning Order and a criminal conviction, while the Club itself could be fined. Additionally, future away ticket allocations may be restricted.
The safety of players, managers, and supporters on both sides is the club’s priority. While the majority of fans support the club in an appropriate manner, any unacceptable behavior will be met with the strongest possible punishment. Wrexham AFC fully supports the ‘Love Football Protect the Game’ program, which aims to improve participant and fan behavior.
The club operates a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination of any kind and encourages supporters to report any incidents to the nearest steward, the Club, or Kick It Out.
