Comedian Matt Rife Announces Massive 100+ Date ‘ProbleMATTic World Tour’
Renowned comedian Matt Rife has announced his upcoming ProbleMATTic World Tour, set to take place across North America, Australia and Europe in 2023 and 2024. With more than 100 dates, the tour starts on July 20 in Bend, OR, at Hayden Homes Amphitheater and will continue through different cities in North America throughout the year, before a New Year’s Eve show in Louisville, KY.
More Laughs for Fans
The 2024 leg of the tour will take Rife to Australia on January 11, 2024, for a series of performances in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. The tour will then continue to hit various cities in North America, including New York, Chicago, Nashville, Toronto and more, before concluding in Milan, Italy, on October 20, 2024.
“I couldn’t be more thrilled to live out this lifelong dream! To tour the world, spreading laughter, with some of my best friends, is something I never thought would be possible. I’m so grateful to get this opportunity, and it’s even more fulfilling knowing that it’s all because of the incredible people who enjoy my comedy,” Rife said in a recent statement about his tour.
Tickets Available Starting June 6
Presale tickets for the tour went live on Tuesday, June 6, and general onsale began on Friday, June 9, at MattRifeOfficial.com. With his massive online following, tickets are expected to sell out quickly.
From Smalltown Ohio to Worldwide
Rife has exploded as one of the fastest-growing comedians through his viral content and remarkable engagement on social media platforms like TikTok, on which he has amassed more than 13 million followers and two billion views globally. Rife started performing at the age of fifteen in his hometown near Columbus, Ohio. He moved out to Los Angeles two years later, where he began his career in Hollywood.
A Passion for Laughter
Rife brings forth his refreshingly genuine presence along with elevated material that is quick-witted and vulnerable. In addition to stand-up, he made his television debut on MTV’s Wild ‘N Out as the youngest cast member in the history of the show for four seasons before moving on to other MTV properties, such as hosting the reboot of TRL and appearing on The Challenge. He has also made appearances on Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Fresh Off The Boat, and NBC’s comedy competition Bring The Funny. Rife self-produced and distributed his first one-hour comedy special, “Only Fans,” in 2021. He self-released his second stand-up special, “Matthew Steven Rife,” on YouTube in April of this year, dedicated to his biggest role model, his recently deceased grandfather, Steven. He will be taping his next stand-up special this fall in Washington, DC.
