New Ballot System for Arsenal Members

Arsenal Football Club has announced a new ballot system for ticket sales to ensure fairness and equal opportunity for its members. The system will be implemented for home Premier League fixtures, including the highly anticipated clash between Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur at Emirates Stadium on Sunday, September 24 at 2pm.

The ballot system allows members to register for tickets individually or as a group during a designated window. The timing of entry does not affect the chances of winning, as all entries submitted while the window is open have an equal opportunity to be selected. It’s important to note that members must submit their entries within the specified window to be eligible for the draw.

Types of Ballots

There are several different ballots available for Arsenal members:

• Silver Ballot: Opens on August 4, 2023, at 10:00am and closes on August 7, 2023, at 10:00am. Successful applicants will have a 24-hour window to purchase tickets.
• Family Enclosure Ballot: Not yet open.
• Disability Access Ballot: Not yet open.
• Red and JG Ballot: Not yet open.
• Red Ballot: Opens on August 11, 2023, at 10:00am and closes on August 14, 2023, at 10:00am.

Family Enclosure Ballot

The Family Enclosure is a designated area for Junior Gunners and Senior Citizen members. To successfully purchase tickets in the family enclosure, Silver & Cannon Silver members must be accompanied by a Junior Gunner member, with a maximum ratio of two adults to one junior. Senior Citizen members can purchase tickets on their own.

It’s important to note that Junior Gunners aged 13 and under must register with an adult member aged 18 and over. Any ballot applications that do not meet these criteria will not be able to purchase tickets.

Once the ballot process is complete, all applicants will be notified via email, regardless of the outcome. Successful applicants will have a 24-hour window to purchase tickets specifically for the family enclosure. To secure tickets in the family area, it is important to complete the purchase within this timeframe.

During this period, Red and Cannon Red Members who attend with a Junior Gunner will also be able to register for tickets in the Family Enclosure. Additionally, Red Senior Members may also apply. This service is not available through the regular Family Enclosure Ballot but can be accessed via a specific link provided.

Silver and Red Ballot

To participate in the ballots for Silver and Red tickets, members are required to authorize a payment card. If their application is successful, the payment card provided will be automatically charged, and tickets will be assigned to the member.

The ballot page will display a range of available prices, and successful applicants may be assigned seats from any available areas and prices. Both unsuccessful and successful applicants will be notified via email once the ballot process is complete.

It is important to note that booking fees will be applied to this service. If a payment card declines, the ballot application will be unsuccessful. New Red Members will be eligible to enter relevant ballots approximately 48 hours after purchasing a Membership.

Price Ranges

• Silver Ballot: £70.00 – £103.00
• Red Ballot: To be confirmed.

Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer

Arsenal members have the option to use the Ticket Exchange platform if they are unable to attend a match for which they were successful in the ballot and the match has sold out. This allows other fans to purchase the ticket and enjoy the match.

Ticket Transfer is available for season ticket holders approximately 4-8 weeks before a game. Both Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer close 3 hours prior to the match, and recipients of transferred tickets must accept them before this deadline.

Digital Tickets

All tickets purchased by Arsenal members for the 2023/2024 season will be loaded onto their Digital Membership Pass. Members can download their Digital Pass from the official Arsenal app. Any purchased tickets will automatically appear on the digital pass approximately one week before the relevant fixture.

If a digital pass is not yet available in the Arsenal app, new members who purchase their membership close to a fixture will receive their tickets via email. Tickets accepted via Ticket Transfer will also be sent to recipients via email.

Disability Access

Members requiring disability access can find more ticketing information through the Help Centre on the Arsenal website.

If purchasing tickets on behalf of other Arsenal members, it is important to assign each additional member to your “Network” prior to the transaction. This ensures a smooth purchase process.

My Arsenal Rewards

Silver, Red DA, Red, and Cannon members can earn points for each ticket purchased. The number of points earned depends on the match category:

• Match Category A: 50 My Arsenal Reward Points per ticket
• Match Category B: 100 My Arsenal Reward Points per ticket
• Match Category C: 200 My Arsenal Reward Points per ticket
